Elena has always provided an excellent service over the past 5 years. Apart from the fact that the cleaning service ‘really does clean thoroughly’ (not always the case with other companies) the laundry is immaculate and the all round property care is outstanding. Elena and her team at Ashwells has looked after our villa in Javea since it was first built in 2004 and we cannot praise her highly enough! On returning from their holidays our rental guests always comment on how well presented and spotlessly clean our villa is. They also tell us that Elena is really friendly and helpful in sorting out any problems that they may have experienced during their stay. Indeed,one guest described Elena as ‘the icing on the cake’ after a wonderful holiday!
Nothing is too much trouble for Elena or her team and she takes great pride in her work, paying attention to every detail. We can rest assured that our villa is really well looked after and that our guests will have a relaxing worry free holiday. We were introduced to Elena and Ashwells around 4 years ago by a neighbour for whom Ashwells was looking after the property for the summer letting period.
We were looking for a service that would give us confidence that our house would be just as we wanted it whenever we or our guests arrived on holiday. Cleaning is always to the highest standard, laundry returned and beds made up, we couldn’t ask for any more.

We have owned our villa in Javea since 1996, although we initially used a local rental company to oversee our bookings. We were told about Elena and Ashwells from another villa owner and since our initial meeting with Elena we have had a fantastic relationship that has removed all our pressures about our villa maintenance, changeovers and welcome packs.
Ashwells have been very proactive with advice on what people expect from their villa holiday. If we have encountered any problems Elena has always kept us fully informed and often successfully resolved issues herself. We can only sing the praises of Elena and find her very easy to work with.
